Great day surgery expience! The pre and post op nurses couldn't have been any better. Shout out to Maita and Melanie for such great care of me. The whole experience with every staff member was excellent. My surgeon and anesthesiologist were also VERY awesome and caring I would give the whole team 10 stars. If I could.

It's not terribly busy this evening in the waiting room, but still having to wait over 7 hours to see a doctor. Signed consent papers after 6 hours.
Idk why it’s always the receptionist who make a bad first impression. Maybe it’s the fact she has to get off her chair to do things or her ugly personality. This short and large gal wasn’t the nicest and yelled at me for visiting my family member on the 3rd floor like a child. Im surprised she got off her butt and ran over to me just to tell me everyone needs to check in. Awful receptionist.
My husband went in last night for severe hernia pain because GI hasn’t been able to see him and Dr. Russo was so rude and dismissive. Not a good experience at all!!
