They billed me for shit that wasn’t even done I had three things done with my insurance I had for 10 years and three kids been to er for same stuff and always fully paid off with insurance but some reason I’m being billed over $800 and they claim it didn’t cover everything even though my insurance does cover everything I had done there. I will not go here again unless absolutely necessary. I got 3 bills from 3 different entities for a 15 minute appt. AND… impossible to reach by telephone. Doctor was supposed to order an MRI for me… he did not, is retiring this month and I just got disconnected 2x trying to call. BE WARNED
I had Surgery to close a hole in my left ear drum..I love the people that work here except my Dr.Dr N.Reeve.Heis a Dr that has no compassion or real care for his patients.He is cold and unfeeling.I am at my follow up post op today.The audiology test was performed and if this is is the day He says I am good and no longer need to see him I will be glad...I would not recommend him if you want to feel like you are important go see someone else ..if you like feeling like cattle or sheep being herded and just a number then see him... read more
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Staff made an already stressful situation even more stressful. Rude and disrespectful nurses. My grandma had to wait all day for pain medication. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Still waiting to get a call back for much needed hip injections. Now days it seems they say they have three days to respond. So, does that mean since I have called three times each time I call it gives them another three days to call me?😕
