Front end employee in severe emotional distress on multiple occasions. Otherwise great. Difficult to check in and schedule. They need some management despite being such a small place. My doctors are great. Most people are great, but they need to support the mental health of their employees. One employee has been in severe distress over 1 year. Care is good. They never answer the phone, but there are so many people working there. They need a centralized schedule line or someone who can answer the phone like they have at Sandoval.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my meds to be refilled. I have called numerous times all to be told the provider handling my meds is on vacation for a few weeks and there is no one else to refill my meds till she gets back. These are depression meds… anxiety meds… how can someone be so careless? Calling the clinic to try and get help is useless because they never answer that phone.
