🚨 Warning for Anyone Considering UNLV Dental: They will mislead you just to get your money, then leave you with a half-finished tooth, no clear aftercare, and no timeline for when you’ll be treated again unless you pay in full. I was told there would be a payment plan — there isn’t. Now I’m stuck with an open root canal and in pain for months, while they “wait for the next semester.” This isn’t just poor communication — it’s careless and unethical. Patients aren’t told the truth upfront, and once they get you in the chair, ... read more

Misled and Left Hanging — Be Cautious with Promises Made I was very clear about my time and financial situation when I came in. I told Colton I needed to pick up my son and only had about 30 minutes. I also said I only had around $150 and would need to make payments. He rushed off to see if Jamie could squeeze me in — said “that’s fine” and quickly moved forward like everything was taken care of. What I didn’t realize was that I was being pushed through without a clear explanation of the consequences. After the first half of... read more

Be Careful Before Committing to UNLV Dental I came in thinking I was getting affordable care with a payment option. Instead, I was given a temporary fix for a serious issue, then told I had to pay everything up front to finish the work — no payment plan like they suggested at first. Now I’m stuck waiting months with an unfinished root canal, not knowing what could go wrong in the meantime. They don’t offer proper follow-up, don’t provide written aftercare, and once you’re in, they push you off unless you pay in full. It feel... read more

Beware of Misleading Promises – Especially from Colton At first, everyone seemed helpful and professional — Jamie especially knows what she’s doing, and I don’t blame her at all. But the way Colton rushed me into treatment was completely misleading. I told him I had to pick up my son and could only stay for a short time, and he ran off to “see if Jamie could do it in 30 minutes,” even though they originally told me each visit would take hours. I also made it clear I could only pay $150 and would need to do a payment plan. Co... read more
