Love these Ladies! Six months pregnant and eager to find a home to start our family they were our heroes! We were in our new home in just over a ONE month from start to close. Unlock Seattle is the BEST.

Unlock Seattle is amazing, we would highly recommend working with these ladies! As first time homebuyers, we didnt really know what to expect, we had a limited budget, and were using the WA state first time homebuyers program for down payment assistance. We were a little freaked out about everything at first, but Gerene really made us feel comfortable, we trusted her a lot and she did an amazing job working with us. It seemed like she was literally, always avalible, even if we texted her at weird hours. If we couldnt make it to see a house because we were working, she would go herself, and send us videos of the place. We actually ended up putting in an offer on our house, sight originally unseen, based on videos Gerene sent to us while we were at work. She was also awesome during negotiations, and we ended up getting a $4,000 credit from the sellers, which basically paid all our closing costs. Overall we had a ton of fun working with Gerene, she is the best, we LOVE our new house, and we loved working with Unlock Seattle! Now thanks to these ladies, we are no longer stuck stuck paying rent to THE MAN, yay

WOW! I have to say, that as first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for! Lyrica and Stephanie guided us through the entire process and made finding a location AND a home so enjoyable. We found them to be experts in their field, well connected, honest and massively hard working and so patient! They really took a stressful and exhausting time and made it fun and so much better than if we chose someone else. This incredible team went over and above to help us and we can't say thank you enough! Absolutely AMAZING!
