Pretty flexible if your late on rent but has no problem sending a eviction notice for being behind a minimal balance ..they are definitely quick to fix any problem but not to perfect or even better condition then what was wrong orvous . I had my dinning room floor replaced with cheap stick on vinyl and withing a month they started to sepeeate and show white spot where the nails are at under the floor and is very uneven ..get what you pay for and no central air and with bare and I mean bare minimal upkeep ..they do the least ... read more
