This company has no idea what they are doing. The accounting department does not return calls and their English is sub par.
Don’t use this management company. They ignore maintenance requests and hire incompetent vendors. You can send multiple requests and no permanent fix. You keep paying over and over due to incompetent contractors. You will be screwed over for years. Incompetent.
Unlimited PM is the worst property management company in Miami. They will not respond to requests for any information about your property until you threaten them. No one answers the phones, no one responds to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
If you're considering this management company, RUN AWAY as fast as you can! They have been an absolute disaster for our association. The manager is always lost, completely clueless about what's happening, and constantly lies about completing tasks, only for us to find out later they never even started. They are a nightmare for property owners. Their work is subpar, and on top of that, they are extremely rude. They make mistakes that end up being the financial responsibility of the property owners. Fortunately, steps are being taken to have them removed.
