on hold for 30 min, wrong dept, transferred to the right dept, got a voicemail, automated voicemail cut me off before i could finish saying my phone number. they dont respond to emails

impossible to get a response from anyone. They ignore my emails when i desprately need the contact for the president of our HOA. Joke of a company. since they took over after we purchased, it has been a nightmare.

Worst association ever. If you’re new to the country and do not have credit score DO NOT APPLY. They let you pay the deposit ($160 which is way higher than other associations) knowing the board won’t accept you. First time an association takes 3 weeks to give an answer on something they knew since the beginning. Worst experience ever. They barely reply by phone and it was super hard to get a hold of them. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Unlimited Property Management has quite literally screwed over my ENTIRE apartment complex. We’ve had a myriad of issues in my complex ranging from issues with parking decals, car booting, visitors passes, and various levels of incompetence.
