I’ve have come 3 times now and I’m officially not happy or impressed First time was a full set and 7 out of 10 nails fell off not 48 hours later Second time was to get a new set due to this issue and it was a decent job and they didn’t charge me but I made an appointment and still waited over 45 minutes past my appointment Third time I got a full set and the tech kept hitting my hands telling me to loosen up like about 20 times she kept smacking my hands I told her I work on computers and wanted my nails shorter She made the... read more

Was overcharged. Paid $32.00 with debit card and gave $5 cash tip. Then they charged my card $38.40. I guess they felt they deserved more
