This is the worst insurance company i have ever experienced. I was involved in a car accident three weeks ago and still waiting for the adjusters to find me a Rental vehicle and send my vehicle to get repaired. I went ahead and paid out of my own pocket to get into a rental vehicle because Univista doesnt help in any way possible, its ridiculous that when you call their offices you are connected to a non English speaking person or when you are connected they give you attitude and send you to a voice mail of the adjusters... read more

I am 97 years old my policy expired in May 2020, I did not ask for it to be renewed because I found a policy with more coverage and $250.00 less premium. I called univista 4 times I sent my agent the policy DEC page twice to her personal email. Every time I called, I ask for the same person, but I got transferred 4 to 5 times and I have to tell my story every time. I asked for the cancellation on 6/10/2020 today is 7/27/2020 and univista still has not informed Citizens that I am cancelling them. I spoke to a univista CSR... read more

Esto no es un seguro ,solo son intermediarios de las compañías mediocres de seguro que cuando se van en quiebra entonces univista se lava las manos y te invitan a que les compre otro seguro después de perder el dinero del primero ,esta univista es un robo no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Cuidado cuidado esta agencias esta llena de trampas y mentiras seguros sumamente caros y si te sales te riban el dinero y te sigen cobrando...cuidado con univista y united ladrones unidos .. LA PEOR AGENCIA DE SEGUROS DEL MERCADO. MAL HABLADOS, POCO PROFESIONALES, SIN CONOCIMIENTOS BASICOS DEL SEGURO, NO DAN SESORIA CORRECTA, COBRAN DINERO DE TUS TARJETAS POR ADELANTADO, EL COBRO EJCECUTADO DE TUS TARJETAS DE CREDITO NO ES IGUAL AL MONTO INICIAL DE POLIZA OFRECIDA, SI CAMBIAS DE SEGURO Y LES NOTIFICA SE ARRECHAN.
