Great loupes and Ashlee has been very prompt with all the communication. Been wearing Univet loupes for over 10 years and constantly upgrading them.
Love my loupes from Univet. This is my second pair from them and I went with ITA frame and Hybrid Ergo's. Absolutely love them! Stylish and comfortable. They were heavy at the start since I was use to a sport frame, but they fit perfectly on my face. My posture adapted well to them. Super comfortable now and I don't strain my neck with them. I had a wonderful experience with my Dental Loop representative. Ashley was incredibly professional and very responsive, promptly helping me solve my issue. I was truly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend her!
Their customer service used to be horrible. Now it seems like they are getting back on track. Called the customer service center. Booked an in-person appointment for 2 days later and had the issue resolved on the same day. Yousaf pinpointed the problem right away and got it fixed promptly.
