Absolutely one of the best docs I’ve ever had-very calm/sweet demeanor annd so attentive bc she actually listens to you. She also won’t just tell you what you want to hear but what you may need to hear. Not pushy or judgmental either. Her knowledge and skill is amazing, especially in the realm of pelvic health.

I like my Dr just fine, but as others have mentioned in reviews, the receptionists are just so rude and unhelpful in navigating appointments. I dread it every time because I always walk away feeling like crying and with no appointment. I came in once for an appointment just to be told it was canceled… with no notice. The way they talked to me was so mean for no reason. It made me feel embarrassed in the quiet waiting room. After a 40 minute drive to Knoxville and paying for parking… that was pretty disappointing.

Horrible excuse for a women's care group. First and foremost I want to warn others that this office will NOT allow you to pay your co-pay, or any bill, in office. They downright refused and that is ILLEGAL for a business to refuse payment in person. Their tactic and what they do is to then send you bill after bill for the same co-pay. It confuses you and they'll be able to accept double, maybe even t... read more

Dr. Eaton is the first pain specialist I've ever been referred to. At the age of 68 I had no idea there was such a Dr. just for womens lady parts of this type. Dr. Eaton is very caring and listens to every detail and concerns. I can't thank her enough for becoming this kind of womens specialist.

Pregnant women BEWARE!! She is the most negligent doctor I’ve ever met in my life. Her negligence put mine and my daughter’s life at risk when I was pregnant. Around week 33 or so of my pregnancy, I began feeling extremely dizzy and I noticed my blood pressure stayed high for the most part. Went into labor and delivery and I had the displeasure of seeing Dr. Eaton that day. She insisted I get a COVID test because “dizziness is a symptom of COVID.” I was appalled, but complied. The test was negative, as I knew it would be. I ... read more
