I love Dr. Eaton and the other providers at this location. They’re thorough, kind, and will answer all my questions. I don’t feel rushed and the wait times are good/normal. I am grateful to have these wonderful providers through pregnancies and beyond. The scheduling team is great too- they will listen to you if you ask for a preferred location. Sometimes you have to go to UT but that hasn’t been the norm. I love their app that they use too. Definitely recommend!
I had a great experience at this location with all of the medical staff, Dr. Welch-Charles, the Ultrasound Tech, my nurse and office staff were all so kind. The building is very nice with a large open waiting area and very clean.
I love my doctor at this location but having to travel to all three of their locations for prenatal care is an absolute joke. It is such an inconvenience to the patient to have to drive south north and west for appointments. The reason? No provider stays in one location. People have jobs, other children, and lives. I have attempted twice to switch providers but sadly early on others weren’t accepting new patients and now I’m too far along so no other hospitals will take me. So I’m stuck with UT. 10/10 would not recommend this office. They are unprofessional and were not even knowledgeable about the referral that was made to their office. I spent two hours waiting only to be told I needed to come back another day once they had records and could do additional tests, that were already scheduled to be performed the day I was in office.
