Cool place Nice area
I have lived here for the 0ast three years and its been very convenient to commute from work and school to home the staff is awesome very attentive to your needs there's no other place I'd rather be,.... The shuttle was down and I didn' know how I was going to get to school on time and the apartment manager took time out of her day and drove myself and a few other students to school.... Amazing!!!! I was impressed
After they upgraded their internet bandwidth, I think UVT is the best off campus apartment you can ask for. Staffs almost always in office and are glad to help. There's also shuttle every 30mins that can save you from walking under the sun. Price is not expensive considering all utililties are covered. They also have an indoor parking structure, it can keep your car from the hot sun, but your car will get dusty since its next to the freeway, and it is relatively not safe since others can get access to it.
