Parents/students beware! Do not sign lease until certain. They’ll get you to sign at higher rate then lower rate due to low occupancy but not honor lower rate for current tenants. This practice is unfair, unacceptable and immoral. Will seek other options going forward. Apartments are NOT cleaned appropriately for move in. Again, either negotiate rate or steer clear. Unfair and unethical leasing practices.

Do not recommend. Price is too high for what we get. Close to freeway, too loud to sleep at night. Mold at the windows. Unfriendly staff
Horrible place to live at. I'm being dead ass serious the apartments are horrible, they're trashy, you can't control the AC so it's always too hot or too cold. It always feels and looks dirty even if you clean up. Infested with roaches. The staff does not give a single fudge about you. They will charge for any single little thing and won't even give you a warning about it. They told me "you should of known", "you should of asked''. Honestly you would be happier living in the streets than at this place.
Terrible rooms, I consistent floor plans, horrid washer and dryer options, and thru broke the damned hot water in the entire building during "repairs"! Avoid at all costs.

Great apts love the pool too, you can swim in your boxers and girls in their bras and panties neighbors are very nice and what happens at the towers stays in the towers. Suggestion please turn off pool and jacuzzi lights after 12am or give us the option to turn it off. Like the pool house next to the pool with mini gym and big screen tvs. Everything is close by too theaters seven 11. Had the best time last year on my bday and I keep coming back to my buddies place.
