Horrible Dirty, missing wall switch, missing shower curtain rod, missing burners for the stovetop. Mold, mildew in the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous no one answers the phone and no adults are in charge to address them!!! Don’t rent here!!!!

Excellent location and service from apartment manager My daughter moved into The Oaks in August 2016 and there were some problems with the unit she moved into. Craig, the apartment complex manager was 110% helpful. He responded quickly to e-mails and problems were taken care of in a timely manner. The care and attention to problems is a stand-out in an area full of rentals. Thank you, Craig and American Campus for being so helpful and professional.

University Village - Pavillion It's a decent price for how close it is to campus. It is older though so oftentimes I've had to put in maintenance requests. Luckily though, maintenance is generally prompt and the new office management have done a good job so far and seem to really care about resident concerns. The buildings seem to be renovated little by little each year and although they could use more updates (Appliances and furnishing), I can see that getting done for future residents in coming years.

University Village I have been at University Village for two years, the first year in a 3/2 and the second year in a 4/2. University Village has a large parking lot that is never completely full, so you are never fighting for a spot when you come home from class or work. There's also a car wash station with a vacuum and tire pump. The front office has a 24-hour gym available with a multi-station pulley gym, weights from 5-75 lbs, two ellipticals, and two treadmills.
