i love it here! I’ve lived at the Hub for the past year and it’s everything I hoped for! I think the location is the best at UW and the amenities are better than any other I’ve seen. The staff is always helpful, whether it’s in the middle of the day or calling the on-call phone at night. Morgan has especially been super helpful at the front desk!

Student Housing The location downtown is perfect, and I love the view of Bascom, State Street, the Capital and the lake!! Staff is very helpful and always willing to answer my questions.

Resident Assitants Who Care My experience has been amazing at the hub since I’ve moved in. While there might be some clunks here and there with appliances, maintenance and the RAs have always been quick to help and solve my problems—it just takes communication. Mitch specifically had been such a sigh of relief, he is always ready to help residents even if he is on call late at night. Terrible Staff, Let someone else sign my contract while I was waiting on a response from them! I had THE WORST experience of my life trying to sign a contract with these people. Besides expecting me to sign a contract that said I had a security deposit, and refusing to write me an email that stated that I didn’t (after telling me over the phone and in person that I didn’t, and just expecting me to trust them), they were EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, and treated me like I was a child, instead of the adult that I am. Stay Away - Rampant drug use on premesis Worst run apratment complex we’ve ever experienced. So poorly run they’ve created a dangerous environment for the kids living here. Management staff completely incapable and unwilling to enforce ANY terms of the lease creating an atmosphere of anything goes. Rampant drug use in the apartments goes completely unenforced - building management essentially says its not their job to enforce - and to call local police department. Great place My experience at U Pointe on Speight is great. The apartment complex is clean, safe, and convenient. The service is fantastic, the staff is always helpful and I would especially like to mention one of the employees, I believe his name is Gabe, he was very helpful, charming and asked him for help. and truly goes above and beyond. The place and the staff are awesome and I would highly recommend it. thank you
