Great place in terms amenities offered, but that's about it. The property manager/general manager James Luera is unprofessional and unethical. The security system is ridiculous. They use a key card system that is outdated and cheap. If you forget a key, there is a 50 dollar fee. Sometimes it takes hours for security to get over to the hotel to let you into your room or remagnetize your key. The internet is slow and you often get disconnected. Love living here. It's like living in a resort, and it's my home and my job.
This place was so awesome when we first stayed here! Beautiful rooms, game room, movie room, lounge, dining room, bbq's, year round heated pool! Then management changed. Did a way with cont. breakfast, changed policy of rental, now it's only weekly & monthly, and I heard an unsavory sort of people stay. It was more high class before, now they rent to "anyone". Very dissapointed, would love to be able to stay there again!
Hip ...cool....totally decked out. Not at all what I expected. Great place to stay. I highly recommend it.
Very Cool place. Really like the modern finishes. Staff was great. Loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying the sun. Great view too
