University Village has been a great place to live. The staff has been excellent. James and Nicole are always there when you need them. Armando and the nice girl who helps keep the apartments running properly and clean are very nice and helpful. The apartments and all of the amenities are great. I really don't think that there is another place in Albuquerque you get all the amenities for the rent. When i went to take a tour of these studio apartments, they totally sold themselves!!! I absolutely fell in love with them! Nicole and James are always so helpful and sooooo friendly! University village has to be THE BEST property i have ever lived at! They are always doing fun activities, like door decorating contests, they have Easter egg hunts! I am so pleased with the experience i have had here with all of the staff, and with my little home! 💕🏡

I think this is a great place to stay...the staff has been great....and it is a great place to stay....the amenities so far are wonderful
I consider this an A property with every amenity I was looking for. The staff is incredible, excellent curb appeal, views of the valley lights and the Sandias. Very impressed with the modern upgrades and peaceful serenity of University Village...how lucky am I? You could be too! New Resident.
