I like my doctor, but it can be difficult to get anyone on the phone. Ive done klara messages, texts, voicemails, and they're returned days later. One time a voicemail was returned a full week later, during which time I went to an Urgent care twice for care when I didnt hear back. They get test results back and you wont get a call about it for days. I was left in pain needlessly for 3 days when they had results and didnt call immediately. No direct way to reach Dr Angelle or his staff by phone. Phone messages and text messages are not answered for 3+ days. Disappointing.
It’s nice that this location isn’t at UT - it’s not clustered so parking is made easy. It’s great that it’s ground floor too. About 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment there was a small miscommunication, but it was resolved by the time we arrived. Check in was simple using an iPad for forms like medical history and allergies. The restroom has a sign requesting a urine sample if you are being seen with cups and pens provided.
