We were late for his appointment and they were able to see us at a later time the same day. We were impressed with the friendly, professional, way we were treated . The location is very accessible for people with mobility issues. So much better than going to the UT hospital, which we avoid when possible.
Not the easiest when it comes to communicating with the office but I was always able to make it work. Overall, great staff! Dr. White is one of the better doctors I’ve had. He listens and is very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with this urology office.
It's very difficult to communicate. Portal stopped accespting any form of addressee name in messaging so asking questions using the portal is no longer possible. The new third party interface is useless as no one respond to texing.
I've seen Dr Pickens for years because I'm a paraplegic with a cathater and keep urinary tract and kidney infections. I 6 years I've never had issues contacting them I leave a message for his nurse and she returns my message or call within a day or two. Every doctor has their own nurse so some might be more busy than others with the office and scheduling of scans and surgery dates for other patients.
