Well I can’t say 2 stars is objective but I was scheduled for surgery and it got reset for 2 weeks and I tried calling on hold from time they opened til 12 on the 3/24th from and their phone system doesn’t work, the text “response” system doesn’t work, eventually the main hospital called around 1 I think and they were asking if I was planning on showing up for my surgery and I told them I wasn’t supposed to be scheduled I got a call from his nurse saying it was reset to the 7th, what’s wrong with your phone system?
