Wonderful service - Diante and a tall slender guy - both exceptional service - I busted one of the entire new tires less than an hour after I bought them - something cut it really bad - I was sooo upset - Diante (spelling?) sent someone to me to put the donut on - I went back to the shop and Diante replaced it with a new tire no charge - I couldnt really afford the price but I needed them so I financed the rest!!! pay it off in 100 days and no finance charge! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I took my car in 12:15pm due to a flat from a nail. An easy and 20 min fix. I was told that they were backed up and it would take 1 1/2 hours. No problem. I came back 2 1/2 hours later and my car still was not even looked at. The owner and his son saw to it that I be serviced immediately so I had to wait another 1/2 hour! The plug cost $40. I think they should have discounted me for the inconvenience. What do you think?

I am very disappointed about their service system as well as the attitudes towards customers - it is about trustworthiness and responsibility. I needed to replace a splash shield. When I ordered the service yesterday, I wanted to make sure that the new part would be genuine. So I asked the front desk about it and he said it should be genuine. Great shop, great service, they made me feel extremely welcome and very informed, however they forgot to call me when my car was ready. Either way, service was great so I sighed up for a lifetime guarantee alignment. Will definitely be making this my go to shop. Highly recommend
