It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a real person on the phone. You are always directed to voicemail. That wouldn't normally be bad, but, in my case, the calls were not returned for days.
The staff is phenomenal. I loved my surgeon, Dr. Luekel... She answered every question I had and made me feel at ease..
The entire staff are all amazing and took very good care of me. Thank you all at USA!
Dr. Stephen Migliori is awesome! Good at what he does and has a great personailty. Not a huge fan of doctors or offices but if i ever needed another surgery he would be the first one i called.
The staf was very personable. The wait time was kind of long this time. But last time my son had an appointment it wasn't.
