Everyone waiting for over an hour to be seen.. Two persons in the elevator said they rescheduled because their appointment times were just ignored.

From Donna at the front desk to all of the nursing staff, anesthesiologist, O.R. prep and assistants, I had the most relaxed and relieving experience. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and at ease here. Dr Blankenhorn is a class act and amazing orthopedic surgeon, he knows how to talk to his patients and not AT them. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Connolly and his staff are the best! His staff (especially Shirley) were very responsive to whatever I needed. Dr. Connolly was very thorough and understanding throughout the course of my surgery and recovery.
