Worst place I ever lived, holly is a piece shit and management sucked when we moved in our apartment was infested with flees and had to pay out of pocket to fix it and they tried their hardest to screw us over when we left DO NOT MOVE HERE!
This place is a joke. Absolutely RUDE staff. One lady has a the worst attitude and got rude with my mother on the phone and with me in person on more than one occasion. A vehicle was stolen, my apartment always smelled like pot because they wouldn't do anything about a neighbor who smoked and I complained more than once, they don't let you know when you have packages.... would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Complete shit hole.
Nice, very affordable, convenient, safe and pet friendly and the pools are always amazing! The staff is always helpful and friendly.
My lease ends in March and I'm completely done with this place. Three months to fix a broken window. What's worse, three months to fix a heater which means I had to use my oven to heat up my apartment for almost the entire winter which is extremely dangerous! If this is how they treat a tenant of four years, just think of the level of service a newcomer will get.
It was a nice place to live. But afterwards they try to get as much money as possible from you. My girlfriend lived there for a while and the shower kept leaking into the bed room. She continually put in work orders and when they showed up, it never got fixed. They are now charging her for the water damage saying that the dog did it. $500 in damage because they were not competent enough to fix something.
