It was a nice place to live. But afterwards they try to get as much money as possible from you. My girlfriend lived there for a while and the shower kept leaking into the bed room. She continually put in work orders and when they showed up, it never got fixed. They are now charging her for the water damage saying that the dog did it. $500 in damage because they were not competent enough to fix something. My girlfriend had all the proof to show that she kept putting a work order in but they will not budge. Living there is not... read more

Bugs and Roaches are a problem but close to school and it's okay place to live at compared to Martin or Turnner Hall
They are ugly from the outside but very nice in the inside. They Renovates the kitchen & living room area.
