I don't take any pain medication . So Dr.Pinzon is and will always be my choice for pain management. He explained everything that was going on with my back and he told me how he could help me. And he has been very professional. His nurse Michelle is one of the best nurses I've had. She's kind , funny, and knows her job extremely well.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. The incompetent office manager must have called at least 3 times to confirm my husband's appointment, drove 75 miles ONE WAY only to be told the appointment had been cancelled and they had to neglected to call and let us know. Sorry! Typical arrogant physicians practice that thinks they are gods and your time, gas, and money are of ZERO importance. 3 phone calls to confirm (aggravate), zero phone calls to let us know cancelled. Dr. Pinzon and his nurse have been treating me for over a 2 year period and I can honestly say that I could not have found a better doctor and person than him and his nurse. I had spinal and neck surgery and the pain, after surgery was excruciating a 10. The surgeon recommended physical therapy and I was in physical therapy for about 14 months which helped somewhat but the pain in my neck was still there and limiting my mobility and sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Before treatment, the pain I experienced was horrendous, and my quality of life was greatly diminished. After only couple of weeks of treatment at USSS, the pain is gone which has re-enabled me to participate in all of the activities that I love. All aspects of my dealing with the organization have been top notch. I trust the administrative staff, the nursing staff, and the doctor. I have now seen Dr. Pinzon 4 times. I am excited that I'm not in any where near the pain I've been in. He has a great approach to taking care of the pain. I had my first epidural yesterday and I have no pain. To me, this is awesome. I started with the pain around 8 years ago. It was very gradual. Then I've been having 1-2 times a month. I had my mri on the 13th, seen in his office in the 14th and including that visit, I've seen him 4 times.. they made sure I was seen and got another test and several procedures.
