Lived here two years. The unit was fine but move-out was nightmare. We left the apartment empty and cleaned. They still charged almost all of the deposit for cleaning, on an invoice billing nearly 20 labor-hours for an empty 2-bedroom apartment, plus a paint charge their own accounting records labeled "turnover painting". We lived here two years. Super nice to have a gym in the building & a bus stop nearby! Not so nice: you can reeeeally hear your neighbors who live above you. I’d recommend living on the 4th floor so you don’t have to listen to that.
I called them and Michelle answered the phone, I was inquiring about the unit was available or not because I saw it was on the website yesterday. She hang up immediately??? I was so confused.
