Honestly the rudest office I have ever been to. The people who run University Realty are terrible, not because they actively seek to make your experience miserable, but because they simply are indifferent. They don't care to communicate or be helpful in any sort of way. This place lacks empathy and a desire to truly make renting from them a decent experience. **Update: The bedroom I rent has the washer and dryer inside of it.
