The customer service and lack of follow-through are disappointing. A refrigerator evaporator assembly is broken. The issue was reported three weeks ago, but there has been no resolution. Scott does not respond to messages and does not return calls, despite promising to do so. When the office was visited to inquire, Michelle mentioned they were "busy" with other clients and that landlord vacations can cause delays. This is unacceptable.
