This organization completely scammed us out of our lease. “Did the inspection in January” and alerted us in April. They tried to give us more options to rent from them. Complete scam and they still took our application fees.
Nicest staff you’ll ever meet
This organization is the most greedy corporation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you are able to find a good spot in Knoxville that they don't own, LIVE THERE. The summer before my sophomore year they voided my lease and cited that we did not pay. When we came back with proof of payment they admitted to lying about us not paying and admitted to double booking the unit. In return they found us another house that was 150 years old. Loved my two years with URE. They never bother you and when you need help they’re always there to assist you. They always picked up the trash and kept the area clean. They even repaired the stairway during my stay. Definitely recommend trying to live in St Christopher’s Condos with URE.
Terrible service lived in one of their properties for two years, arrogant and rude front desk staff coupled with incompetent and neglectful management. But they’ll make sure to charge you for every inconvenience done onto them if possible. Don’t ever use this service if your attempting to find housing for a UTK student.
