I went here for a broken nose a few weeks ago. I needed a CT scan and my nose reset. I had to wait 8 hours for the CT scan in the middle of the night because they only had one working machine. After leaving, I was billed 3 separate times, totaling around $3000. I was not notified for one of the bills for nearly 120 days. This place is a scam. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Do better.

I will never go to this place for any imaging. Never was I told I would get a separate bill from radiologist. Never received a bill. Received a collection letter stating I’m in collections. I went into University Radiologists portal. Shows one bill sent and one text. Wrong address. Not just a number off but the whole address. Just hard to get a call back. Received a bill with someone else’s name on it. Called three times to have the information updated. Was hung up on by Jasmine. Was given no information of who to call to have this fixed. This place is ridiculous. Absolutely horrible customer service and billing is out of their mind.
I haven't seen this or any Doctor in 2 years. These people extort money out of people. This place sent me a bill that was supposed to have been covered in full by insurance 2 years ago. I don't know if they ever billed my insurance, but I got a collection noticed from a 3rd party. I settled with the 3rd party only because I don't want my good credit tarnished. Negative one star if it was an option.
