I'm here to tell you UMMC is a 1st class top notch hospital. Everyone there was kind, considerate and very informative. My experience here couldn't have been better. I started out in emergency, then got admitted. I have nothing bad to say about either side. This is the place to go if something wrong with you and you want to get better.
Love this hospital. They were awesome with my delivery and taKen good care of me during my post pardum preclampsia. They even let baby stay in hospital with me . Me my husband and our son got to stay in same room. All the staff was very nice and helpful .
The medical and nursing staff provided me with excellent care! They made sure all questions and concerns were answered and addressed!
This was the worst experience of my life my grandfather went in to have heart surgery was told he would be fine and live threw it. He would be fine but they let a mucus plug get in his vent line he went brain dead long story short my grandfather did not come home. No sooner he died they came in harassing my about getting his eyes.. 5 people died in ICU that die and then doctor just up and went on vacation.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
