The worst hospital experience I have ever had. My husbands surgery scheduled for 2pm, we arrived at 11:10am as instructed, he didn't get called back until 3:30. We asking time and time again what is happening and when we would be called back, no one could give us a straight answer. The Dr. and surgical staff was wonderful, they kept us updated on the progress of the surgery, which I greatly appreciated. Before and after surgery I was told I would be able to see him in recovery. If there was anything less than 1 star I’d give it that. The best thing about this clinic is the doctor. The nurses are rude and don’t care. When you call in to make an appointment they treat you like your not important... it’s gotten ridiculous! If it wasn’t for the doctor we would’ve left a long time ago!

RecommendedAfter spending quite some time here in the last month or so, I would very highly reccomend UMMC! The staff, nurses (Kristen was amazing!), and doctors went above and beyond. I am truly thankful.
