No problem with hospital and staff. HOWEVER, my Dad had an appointment at heart hospital, for some reason we couldn't valley park. I asked a parking attendant with a cart if she could take him to heart hospital entrance. (She was parked and just sitting there) She informed me she was on break. His oxygen level when he got in after walking was 82!
My daughter was admitted into the hospital on Monday night after waiting in the ER all day & wasn't released until Sunday afternoon! She has gallstones. Everyday the surgeons told us she was having surgery that day but didn't. 3 times that week we were told by doctors that the doctors & surgeons are not on the same page!!!! The nurses even wondered why we were there that long! Needless to say she did not have surgery before being released after 7 days & told to call to schedule surgery with the surgeons through the clinic! I... read more
