I don’t tell anyone up front that I am a RN, but I always observe and listen! Holly in the ER came in and explained everything that was going on and tried to put me at ease (my mother in law was on vent and had had a stroke). While in CCU, Kelly was one of the best RN’s that I have seen! She was very knowledgeable and caring which is a rare combination!
