Excellent as always!
I haven't been to the dentist in an embarrassing long time and knew I was in for a lot of work, but EVERYONE made me feel welcomed and at ease. I am so glad I finally made it back on a dental check-up routine.

Tisha did an excellent job! I have several sensitive areas & she did a good job of attending to them without causing to much discomfort. They feel so good after a cleaning!
My technician Monica was very professional and thorough on my bi-annual cleaning. Always enjoy Dr. Roupas who stopped by to check on everything and schedule me for future work on old teeth which need some work. Just a great team to work with from the front desk to the work conducted.
The Hygienists and Doctors are great.
I visited the Mint Hill location this week and I had the best service! Susie was beyond friendly from the moment she called my name till the moment I was walking out of the office. I'm usually mildly distressed during most visits but Susie made sure that it was easy, fast and painless. Our conversation completely distracted me from what she was doing and this is by far one of the best visits I've ever experienced at any dentist office. Great office and even better staff!
Had an appt. today with Dr. Roupas for a crown. He and his assistant Tiffany are excellent. They both provide excellent customer service, they are caring, professional and friendly. They always make a "dreaded procedure" much more tolerable which is very much appreciated!!
I have received excellent care from the very capable staff at Mint Hill Dentisrty since before they moved to Mint Hill. All of the staff are professional and pleasant. Before I found this practice I hated going to the dentist. Now I feel relaxed because I know I can trust this staff to take good care of me and my teeth.
