thursday night i broke my front tooth while biting into a slice of pizza. i called your office and left a message. first thing in the morning i got a call saying come on in, we'll take a look. i went immediately and dr roupas set me up with a retainer to hold me intact until my appointment to start the repair process. i always get great service here. thanks dr roupas!
Let's admit it–no one likes going to the dentist. In fact, I had such a phobia about dental work, I had panic attacks when even just contemplating a visit. Treatment can mean many things. In this case it refers not only to the dental treatment, but the treatment by the staff as well. I have been very impressed with the treatment I have received from Dr. Roupas. He has explained every step of the procedure and made me feel comfortable with his ability. Also, the staff have been nothing but kind and understanding.
I always enjoy going into the Mint Hill Dentistry Offices. The staff members are friendly, it is an organized and well run office. They have become friend's not just my dentist and hygienist.
