Same professional, and quality care that I've come to expect from Mint Hill Dentistry.
My experience was great! The staff addressed every issue I had and advised me about things I can do to make my teeth healthier.
After leaving the practice for 2 years due to a change in insurance, we decided we missed the quality of care and thorough visits that we always received with Mint Hill Dentistry. My children literally "cheered" when they learned we were coming back to this office. My 10 year-old son commented, "They're always great here." That's a true testament when it comes from the mouths of babes!
Nice to get in a little earlier than expected. All your hygienists are top notch, so it does not matter who does my cleaning. Today was a good visit, lots of laughter, that help reduce stress.
I had a great visit at Mint Hill Dentistry, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they walked me thru the whole process, so I always knew what was going on, 2 thumbs up.
My cleaning appointment was great. Tisha was very good at her job.
I was extremely impressed by the quality of service and the excellent cleaning. I truly have never experienced such service at a dentist. Things were explained as they worked through the process. They answered my questions. I do suggest to give yourself about 10 to 15 minutes for new patients, there is detailed paperwork to fill out. Also, there is an elementary school there so morning and mid afternoon there is a bit of traffic.
My experience was very good. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable
