I rarely write reviews, but i had to for this place. I had a swollen cheek and it wasn't in any pain the first day, it has happened and gone but this time it didn't and pain started to occur. So i googled dentist near me and saw this one for 5 stars out of 100+ people so i decided to give them a chance, and i am so glad i did. This is by far our favorite dentist experience we have ever had. Sine we have moved to several states in the past that is truly saying something. Very conscious of giving great customer service and very professional too!
I had my first visit with Dr. Roupas this afternoon and it was a fantastic experience, from check-in to meeting dental assistant Alisha to getting treatment from Dr. Roupas. They were all professional, efficient and personable. Dr. Roupas took a lot of time to explain my situation and show me the full-color X-rays of the tooth in question on a monitor right in front of me. Bother Dr Sullivan and his nurse Gave me everything I needed to know prior to my surgery which make me feel good know that my surgery will be a success
I have seen a few specialists regarding dental care. This was the 1st practice that, cared enough, to prescribe apparently much needed antibiotics. Not too mention didn’t pressure me into an expensive treatment on the spot. I have felt like I’m negotiating buying a car. Not here. Looking forward to finally regaining my smile and not feel like I’ve been taken for a ride. If you’re looking for an honest caring Doctor. Come here.
