As always, my appointment with Dr. Burd and his assistant, Robin, was a very good experience. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I always enjoy visiting with Shirley, who usually cleans my teeth, but she was on vacation this time. I have been a patient at Mint Hill Dentistry for 20 plus years. My hygienist, Cindy, makes it so enjoyable to come there. She lets me know what I need to do to have a healthy mouth...floss! She takes care of my whole family. We love MHD!
Have been going to MHD for a long time with a great staff that know what they're doing. Never been a fan of going to the dentist but they always seem to calm my nerves. No complaints with no long waiting.
All of the folks I dealt with were warm, friendly and exceedingly patient with me. More visits to go but am more at ease than I have ever been in such circumstances.

My mother-in-law who is 84, Phronia, hadn't been to the dentist in years. The hygienist, Shirley, was so patient, tender, understanding, and caring. Plus she did an awesome job a making Phronia's smile sparkle once again.
I was very pleased as always with the courteousness and professionalism of everyone at Mint Hill Dentistry. I was especially impressed with the new digitizing technique used this time. It's been my 26 years of experience with them that they use cutting-edge technology as long as that technology is best for the patient. I highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.
