Made me pay $140 because I did not send them an email after I turned my keys into the communal lockbox three hours before they were due. Countless others were using the lockbox to turn in their keys since the office doesn’t open until 10 (seriously, what apartment office isn’t going to open until 10 on move-out day? A nursing home?). Assumed that since they would be collecting all of them when the office opened, didn’t bother sending an email, especially since my my keys were labeled. A very discouraging place to live. Management and maintenance are rude, and can often be heard speaking poorly/making fun of residents. My apartment was unclean when moving in, and was not checked prior to move-in. When you enter the office for questions, you can expect to be beaten down and dismissed by staff. This complex is also falling apart (cracks in the foundation, water damage, mold, you name it). You can see maintenance playing pool in the clubhouse or playing with the golf carts rather than fixing important issues.... read more
