I’m so disappointed with the new kids play area. The new slide has no stairs so it’s impossible for smaller children to climb on (and isn’t that really what this kind of play area is designed to accommodate). In addition the area is open on several sides, which is dangerous with little ones for many reasons. I’m not sure who designed this new space, but it’s no longer a space that I can take my child to play.
My sister slipped on a sign from Starbucks. The workers never asked if she was okay or hurt. One even looked as if she was trying not to laugh. She knocked over a few pieces of merchandise and went to put them back. I stopped her. If they can’t help a customer, then they can work.
Love it that they have buggies! Also Awesome play areas for the kids.
My brother went to buy shoes for himself stayed with the my son and nephew with his mom to play at the play area and some parents just left their kids at the play and wondered off to shop I went to look for a security to say something I found one and when I just walked up to him he had an ugly attitude rolled his eyes and said that he was just going to do a report then walked away was really rude
