Less teeny bopper clothing I like the UP Mall but they should sell more adult clothing. Not everyone wears shirts that barely cover their chests. They do have some nice gift stores and I love the pet store. PROS: Pass Pets CONS: None
An employee at the Apple store recently tested positive for COVID and staff members were told by management to not say anything. No additional steps in disinfecting have been taken and its business as usual over there. stay safe.
They allow a horrible puppy milled pet store called Pat's Pets to occupy space there. This store has had a series of sick and unhealthy pets, does not treat them well and rips people off by selling "designer" breeds, which are mutts, for thousands of dollars. They need to shut down and I, along with several others, will not shop at this mall until they do.
RecommendedU.P. Mall is a great place to shop but I urge everyone to never ever deal with the Phone Hospital because they were very rude and racist towards me and a close friend of mines... I bet they had no idea that I own and run a new online radio station(iJam Power Radio ) and a matching website(www.ijam.rocks) I'm definitely going to make a big deal about it because I feel violated and I'm very upset.
The stores are Great! However, the pizza place is RIDICULOUS! The pizza slice I had (meat stuffed) was horrible and tasted spoiled. I walked to the counter and told them... athey pointed to a sign that said no refund or cash back. Cool no problem, how about I exchange the sloce for a few garlic knots... He pointed to the sign again and said read it. I told him that it said no refunds, I don't want a refund, just exchange. Only place I can get my cubs gear without ordering or going to Chicago
I was driving through the mall Thursday night and was stopped at a designated crosswalk waiting for a young lady to cross the drive, when suddenly she disappeared in front of me. I had taken my eyes off of her for only a second to look for my phone. My first thought was that she walked really fast, but thankfully, something told me to wait a little before I proceed. This mall should be ashamed of themselves putting money over people's lives, some people can't afford to lose their jobs and have to go to work because the mall refuses to close even when it's -40 outside and they are telling you not to leave the house unless its necessary. smh I'll tell everyone i know not to shop there because they are a heartless greedy business.
Glad I do not work here anymore. Coldest day on record and you are open. Malls all over are closed but not UP. Management their is nice and toasty at home while the tenets put their life on the line to get there... terrible terrible management! No wonder you can not keep any tenets their. What a joke.
