Glad I do not work here anymore. Coldest day on record and you are open. Malls all over are closed but not UP. Management their is nice and toasty at home while the tenets put their life on the line to get there... terrible terrible management! No wonder you can not keep any tenets their. What a joke.
The mall officials do not care about the wellbeing or safety of mall employees. Staying open is an ignorant decision and selfish one. We can’t control the weather but we can control the choices we make as business owners and employers. Because of choices this mall has made, risking the lives of every mall staff that had to work today, I will not be shopping at this mall anymore. Just disappointed in the fact that it’s the coldest day in record, officials are saying “DON’T GO OUT”, but the mall is so worried about the almighty dollar, they’re staying open. All they’re doing is costing the few businesses they have left money. They have to pay employees to come and sit in a ghost town of a mall. Not to mention putting the employees at risk. Good job UP Mall. Just reminds me why I hate going there.
Money hungry management team that cares more about their pockets than the health and safety of employees. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!

Over priced stores. Whoever designed that parking lot must have been impaired! Some stores inside some out side. I get better deals online! Delivered to my door. Shop at home in comfort of my own chair YEAH! But I will say my very favorite store is there!!!!! Great prices! wonderful, knowelgeable, FRIENDLY sales people. On site repair !!!!!! They also offer at certain times a on site appraiser!!!!! I love and highly recommend Jared's Gallery of Jewerly ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
It´s a really nice and amazing mall, with a lot of attractions and Events, all over the year and specially during the Christmas Time :)
