I love your office. The admin's are especially knowledgeable about the insurance part, and make sure that I understand everything and know what to expect from a cost perspective. Great service and Dr. Turner is wonderful!
I used to dread going to the dentist, now it is enjoyable. The staff knows me and my family, and treats us very warmly. We won't go anywhere else.
My experience with your office was one that I will remember for the rest of my life. A little rough, but fine overall
I had a cleaning with you and it was the most thorough I have ever had. Issues were addressed and corrected in a manner I could understand.
UP Family dentistry makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. Comfortable waiting area w/ fireplace...nice touch. I was long overdue for some dental care andfelt ashamed about the condition I had let things get to with my teeth. All the staff were very sympathetic and I had no reason to be ashamed. Dr Turner and his staff are all highly skilled and very personable. They have gone above and beyond my expectations as a family dentistry. Always pleasant and willing to work with you for scheduling!
