My experience was awesome. I would recommend University Park to everyone. I switch dental plans to stay with them.
The staff is very considerate of my needs whether it be insurance issues, time management, or just needing to discuss the procedures. I felt like they were there to take care of me.
The office is very clean, and every staff member I have met has been exceptionally friendly. It had been a while (quite a while) since I was last at the dentist, but Dr. Turner and everyone was very kind and understanding. Nobody made me feel like I was a no-good scoundrel, as some dentists often do.
Love going to the dentist they are always friendly and knowledgeable about all the newest things available. They take excellent care of me and my dental health.
I am happy with my couple first visits to Dr. Turner. The staff is friendly and genuine.
I was pleased with the thoroughness and the efficiency with which the hygienist worked. She was great at keeping me informed throughout the cleaning and initial checkup. Dr. Turner always adds great insight in his exam. I love the fact that appointments are available as early as 7 am, so that I don't miss much time from work.
Always a great expierence! Explain process and procedure ahead of time, as well as billing. Courteous and caring about your comfort.
University Park Dentistry has always been a friendly and as inviting a dental experience that could be had. I have been a patient for several years and plan on continuing my future dental care with them.
