I had overslept & was running late for my appointment, yet the staff was able to still get me in & complete the work scheduled. All of the staff are absolutely incredible... They are caring & professional. I can not ask for better service or care... Thank you.
Our experience with University Park Family Dentistry was great. My 7 year old needed some cavities filled. Both the hygenists, and Dr. Turner made her experience very comfortable, and not at all frightening to her. The office staff was extremely helpful, and made sure that I knew up front exactly what everything would cost.
The staff are always professional while making me feel at ease. They discuss any changes or concerns regarding my dental health which is greatly appreciated. It is also nice that Dr. Turner and his staff take the time to speak with you and not make you feel rushed. They are an excellent office to obtain dental care from.
I never went to the dentist when I was a child. At nine I had a terrible experience at a dentist and dreaded it ever since. During my adult life I steered clear of the dentist office, until I had a chipped tooth. That's where University Park Family Dentistry came in. They were amazing!
