Although most people aren't very fond of visiting the Dentist, Dr. Turner and his Staff make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff greet you and take care of all your needs. You'll meet caring, gracious people in Dr. turner's office, from the moment you report in until the moment you leave. If one has to go to the dentist, then University Park is the family, friendly and very competent place to be. Dr. Turner is gentle, patient, explains everything and is very knowledgeable. The staff is caring and accommodating while making you feel comfortable and at ease. They help with questions, billing, future costs and insurance. I have been meaning to get one of my teeth looked at for quite some time. A co-worker of mine told me about University Park Family Dentistry and how they helped him with his teeth. Had a small filling on a tooth yesterday. The dentist and assistant were aware already that I had a Christmas luncheon to go to later in the day, so less numbing medicine was used. It was great that the front desk passed along that information. I was out of the door in only 40 minutes, which helped me get to work earlier than I expected. Nice experience all the way around.
