Always a pleasant experience provided by Dr. Turner and his professional, yet friendly, staff.
I have to say that they make going to the Dentist a pleasant experience.
I was in to have a double extraction performed. Since both teeth had broken, I knew this was not going to be an easy procedure. The entire staff, from Dr. Turner to all dental support staff and at the receptionist desk, were excellent. The procedure was not that easy and I felt absolutely no pain. The instruction for post care were spot on. Thank you!
Everything during the cleaning was absolutely amazing. The only issue was the lack of front office staff before 7am. I was told to come in early to sign paperwork so i should be greated before 7 instead of being told to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly.
I recently moved to the area from New Jersey and I found this dentist from my list of providers in my network and im so happy I chose this one. My family and I experiences so far have been great and pleasant. Dr. Turner and his team are the best hands down.

I came into UPFD needing dental work. Being unemployed, I found the staff very understanding of my financial situation. I discussed what needed to be done with Dr. Turner and we set up an appointment to fix my dental issues. What impressed me most is that I was in an "old fashioned" dental office. The staff listened to me without trying to "sell" me. When I am in a doctor or dentist's office, I want to be taken care of not sold! Thank you!
I had not been to the dentist in years, and I was really worried about going back after all this time. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. They took care of all the insurance and got me checked in and started quicker than I expected as a new patient. My cleaning was quick and easy despite how much build up there was and the hygienist was extraordinarily knowledgeable when it came to explaining some of the issues that had developed over time.
