Love this Dentistry. Everyone is so GREAT. I absolutely love the fact that they take the time to explain to you what they can do for you as well as what is going to happen step by step. I would and have recommended University Park Family Dentistry to family and friends.
As usual the staff was friendly & thorough. Stephanie at the front desk was friendly & quick as she checked me in. My hygienist Alex was kind & thorough as she cleaned my teeth. I always enjoy my interaction with Dr Turner especially when he gives me a clean bill of oral health. Finally, I appreciate the hard work of Stephanie in billing as she makes to make my health dollars go far. My hats off to Dr. Turner & University Dentistry....The coffee is great too!
The staff is EXCELLENT!! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your experience is fabulous from the receptionist when you walk in the door to the dental hygienist who explains everything every step of the way to the billing/checkout who explains your insurance in detail. There are never any surprises and they are always willing to work with you. Simply put, they CARE!
