DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Lived at University Park apartments. Rent prices are attractive and the apartment is nice, but the power goes out CONSTANTLY! Three weeks ago the power went out for ten hours, Holyoke Gas and Electric had no idea what was wrong. Whatever is wrong with the electrical system in some of the buildings they can’t seem to figure it out. Also, seems like every month they shut off the water for maintenance, too. They would give paper notices THE DAY PRIOR to shutoff. ANOTHER THING! Property management ... read more

Used to be a really nice place to live. Rent has been increasing 100-150$ a year so it’s almost 1700 now for a two bed room. The nice reason to live here was month to month rent at a low price. Now I wouldn’t recommend. As prices increase, the services have been declining. Trying to get whatever company they use to snowplow/shovel/salt is like winning the lottery. When they do plow the area, they bury your car inside of the snow, took me 2 hours to shovel out one day. They don’t start until after you need to leave for work, ... read more
Genuinely nice accommodations in a blue-collar working class environment. Neighbors are respectful. Minimal riff-raff. Equally diverse. The unit was lightly renovated prior to our arrival. Maintenance, though surly and impersonal, does address reasonable concerns in a timely manner. Grounds are overly maintained...alot spent during summer months on an impressive aray of lawn care during the weekdays. "Lease Free" comes at the cost of an almost guaranteed yearly rent increase, which is infuriating. Large in-ground pool on sit... read more
