I called this place to make an appointment. The woman who I spoke with asked my name three times, then asked me to spell it, without suggesting a potential spelling. She then said she would need my paperwork before she could schedule an appointment and so would call me back when she received it. Never heard a peep, and it’s been a few weeks. Speaks volumes to who’s hiring people of such low caliber. Took my health care to another place.
Doctor Hyun has been amazing with helping me with my pain. She has sent me to the chiropractor and for acupuncture therapy. I come here for injections as well. Thank you Susanne!
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Extremely coldhearted and non caring providers. If you are looking for someone to help with pain, please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this facility. They don’t care about your pain or getting you to the point to feel better. If I could give 0 stars I would. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
Dr. Hyun is compassionate and she really cares about relieving my pain in every aspect. My daily activities are improved.
I waited 30 days to get the appointment, I dove 11/2 to seen them, when I got there they gave me wrg address so when I found the right building they had a white note on window saying they moved. After walking around the building to find how to get in there we found painfully stairs to go up. When we walk in there was only one person in waiting room.
