I suffer from degenerative disc disease. I had a fall at work and can’t work anymore. I’m legally disabled. I am in CONSTANT pain. I met patients in the waiting room and they both told me “good luck. All she’s going to do is lower your meds and try to take you off.” On my first visit she lowered my dosage. ALL OF MY SPECIALISTS know what I take and why. I called this place to make an appointment. The woman who I spoke with asked my name three times, then asked me to spell it, without suggesting a potential spelling. Still, she couldn’t spell it, and it’s a simple name! She then said she would need my paperwork (I did mention that it had already been sent digitally) before she could schedule an appointment and so would call me back when she received it. I arrive 7 min prior to my appointment time. I was immediately told I was late. Paperwork was not handed to me as soon as I arrived. I was met at the desk with immediate words your late we can not see you. I said I am not late its not even time for my appointment yet. I asked for a manager and I dont know who this person was but asking me at the front reception about my medical history is not professional or respectful. Just as others stated on here, as we found out AFTER the fact, do not waste your time with an office that cares so little about their patients. My mom has been suffering from chronic pain with Degenerative Disc Disease and 2 slipped discs in her neck. Her appointment was at 9:30 this morning. If you want MORE pain, go here. The front office was terrible. Terrible. Never got to see the doctor. We were informed that our appointment would be canceled because we did not complete the forms in advance. They never sent forms but insisted they did. So much for being in pain, needing help, and being treated. They sent us away.. They would not even wait for us to fill out the forms. The lobby was dirty, too. I wish I could give negative stars
