I love Wyoming and Montana, Laramie is a nice place to visit and I imagine to also live, and of course Wyoming has Yellowstone National Park.

As a native of Wyoming.. I can say the University of Wyoming embodies everything our state is about. It is a great place to get an excellent education. It is not for everyone and that's fine with me. To enjoy Wyoming you must be able to walk to class in freezing temperatures,or dig your way out of your apartment complex. It's not a perfect fit for some and most people who don't enjoy their experience here usually don't belong anyway, because it's not for the weak minded. RecommendedThe new slogan is great! Said both as an alumni and a resident of the GREAT state! I received an excellent education and have nothing but good things to say about it. If you’re offended by the new slogan, then go to a PC wuss university that practices discrimination, group think, stifles free speech that promotes controversial ideas and subjects, has safe places, and all that other nonsense. If you want an excellent and affordable education, then go to UW. You won’t regret it.
